TWCARMF Respect in the Workplace, (this course is available for all staff)

Businesses understand the responsibility to make sure all employees work in a setting where all staff feel respected.  Respectful workplaces are more productive, experience less turnover, and higher employee satisfaction. This webinar will introduce ideas to improve professional behavior and reduce the risk of litigation due to a “hostile environment”.

**For some Districts/Authorities, this may suffice for annual harassment awareness training.

Respect in the Workplace

• Recognize the benefits of workplace respect
• Define the value of Diversity
• Understand how filters can impact how you see things
• Discuss disrespectful and unethical behaviors in the workplace
• Understand the types of discrimination and harassment
• Identify strategies to stop disrespect and harassment

The webinar will begin at 9:00 AM and conclude by 10:00 AM on Thursday, June 11, 2020.
