July 2, 2020 Webinar - Employee Accountability, Discipline, and Documentation

TWCARMF Employee Accountability, Discipline, and Documentation

Every supervisor is responsible for making sure their employees can do the job they are hired to do.  Employees need to demonstrate accountability and at times require positive and corrective discipline to guide them to perform. During this session, supervisors will review practical skills to help lead their staff through accepting accountability for their actions, coaching them to correct behaviors and improve performance.  Join us for this one-hour presentation via webinar to discuss:

  • The Supervisor’s role in an employee’s success
  • Reasons why we don’t hold others accountable
  • Effective coaching communication
  • Facts, Objectives, Solutions, Actions (FOSA) and performance documentation
  • Constructive feedback techniques

The webinar will begin at 9:00 AM and conclude by 10:00 AM on Thursday, July 2, 2020.

There is no cost to members of TWCARMF for this webinar. Non-members are not eligible to attend.
