Safety Seminars

Each year the Fund conducts a regional safety training seminar for Fund members, which is held throughout the state. These one-day seminars focus on current safety issues, and provide guidance for managing safety programs.

Presenters discuss specific challenges regularly encountered by Fund members and offer practical solutions to help reduce accidents and resulting losses.

The Fund’s safety training seminars are designed for all persons responsible for safety and risk management. Both new and experienced staff members can benefit from the programs.

Regional seminars are conducted during the year at five or six locations around the state. Locations are selected based on the members’ willingness and ability to host the seminar.
